Villa Fouli is located in the village of Kalonyktis, just 13 km from Rethymno. The villa is located on a side of a hill on grounds of 2500 sqm.
The villa consist of a house of 100 sqm and a studio of 60 sqm - possible to rent the whole villa or just the studio. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. Just the 60 sqm studio can accommodate up to 4 persons.
The villa is a stone built traditional Cretan style house with traditional handmade furnitures and decorations.
It is air-conditioned, with a fireplace and it has also the central heating.
The villa has a parking place with electric door. It has a private pool 4x9 m, 140 cm deep.
There are balconies around the house. Down by a covered veranda there is a dining room, where the clients can enjoy the views over the green hill and a river during the breakfasts or food.
On the ground floor there is a living room, dining room, kitchen and one bedroom with twin beds and shower/WC.
