The villa is tastefully designed with wicker and wooden furniture, stone and marble tiling. It is painted in pale, soothing colors that match the surrounding environment.
The villa is comprised of 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 persons. From the ground level rooms, the outdoor areas are accessed by sliding doors, stairs and ramps, especially installed for persons with kinetic disabilities.

· very spacious veranda and a balcony with a panoramic view of the sea and the mountainous countryside
Ground level:
· bedroom with two twin beds
· bathroom with a shower
· large living room with a fireplace and a sitting area leading to the spacious veranda
· fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a fridge, a stove and an oven
The bedroom and the bathroom are easily accessible to persons with kinetic disabilities.
