Villa Selena is in Choudetsi, a village 17 km from Heraklio.
The Villa is built in the place known as “Vigla”, which has an elevation of 500m, and in a property of total area of 12.000 sqm surrounded by wineyards. Its location is privileged since it is uniquely positioned between two mountainous areas: in the east are the mountains of Lassithi and in the west resides Psiloritis, viewing most of the inland of the Heraklio Perfecture. Nearby is located a wealth of archeological sites, monasteries, Byzantine castles and traditional villages.
Although the villa is located in the countryside, it provides a series of high level utilities like satellite TV, internet connection, phone, music, fire detection system, intra-floor heating and air conditioning.
It is built on a single level and is comprised of two units, each one of which offers 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 WC.
It also offers a 12-seat living room, a fire place, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 spas and a home cinema. The outside space offers a garden with endemic plants, a 5x5 football court, a volleyball court, a badminton court, mountain bikes and BBQ.
The visitor of villa Selena is able to enjoy all the facilities and amenities of the Villa and relax for a few days. Moreover visitors can participate in agricultural activities, in Cretan cuisine cooking and other outdoor activities.
Villa policies:
· Maximum number of people: 12 (with additional 4 children max).
· Minimum number of nights staying over: 5
· If the number of people is bigger than 7 then the whole villa must be rented.
· In case only one unit (up to 6 people) is rented then there is common use of kitchen, living room, dining room, pool and exterior.
