Villa Straos is located in the beautiful village of Kalonyktis, just 13 km from the town of Rethymno and 15 min driving from Ancient Lappa, which is known today as Argyroupoli.
The house itself is built in the middle on the side of a hill, among olive trees, vineyards and flowers. From the house you can enjoy and admire the unique view of the green hills and a river at the distance of 100 m.
The villa is a 140 sqm maisonette, with a yard of a 300 sqm including the pool area. The whole is covered with Cretan marble tiles and stones.

The pool has a size of 4,5 x 9 m and it is 1.30-1.50 m deep and it can offer hydromassage (Jacuzzi). Furthermore, there is a children pool with dimensions 2,30 x 2,30 m and it is 76 cm deep.
The ground floor is open planned and is consisted of a living room, a dining room and a WC with a shower.
