The Car Rental Rates include:

Free kilometers
Full insurance (Collision Damage Waiver, Third Party Liability, Theft Insurance)
24-hour road assistance (Interamerican, with stations all over Crete)
19% VAT
Free delivery-collection to/from any airport, harbour or hotel in Crete (applicable for rental periods longer than 7 days and from 08:00 to 21:00)

Terms of renting:

Minimum age of driver: 21 years old.
Driver's license: Driver must have a valid driving license for at least 12 months.
Minimum rental: One day (24 hours).
Taxes: All rates include 19% VAT.
Gasoline: is the responsibility of the renter.
The car must be driven on asphalt roads only.
Traffic fines: Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violationS during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.
Delivery-collection: Free delivery and collection to/from hotels and ports in Rethymnon & Plakias. Free delivery and collection from/to Heraklion Airport or Chania Airport for rental periods longer than 7 days and from 08:00 to 21:00.
Insurance: All authorized drivers of Anso Travel cars are insured against fire, theft, and liability to third parties for death, injury up to € 500.000,00 or damage to property up to € 100.000,00.
Collision damage waiver (with deductible): Covers all repair costs in case of accident with a small deductible amount (€ 300 for the cat A-F, € 500 for the cabrio). It is valid only on condition that the Greek Traffic Law has not been violated. Damage to the underside of the car, the wheels and the tires are not covered by CDW.
The deductible amount for CDW is non-refundable
Full damage waiver:
With the amount of € 6.00 € per day, the car is insured for damage to the underside of the car, the wheels and the tires are covered
Personal accident insurance (PAI): For a charge of € 3 per day. It covers the driver and each passenger up to the amount of € 17.000 for loss of life, total and partial permanent disability and medical expenses.
